With Jon Zuercher

This tour, guided by Jon,  takes place every Saturday. In the morning you will be picked up at your Hotel and drive in an open Jeep along the most beautiful rice terraces and little villages, direction West Bali. There Jon will meet you and the unforgettable Trek, far away from the beaten tourist tracks will begin. 

During the hike through unspoiled rice fields and jungle Jon will tell you a lot about the use of plants and fruits and about the Balinese culture and religion.

The trekking route will end at the black sandy beach of Pasut, at the weekend house of Suci and Jon. There you will have the opportunity to take a cool, refreshing bath in the pool and to listen to the stories Jon has to tell about Bali. Once Suci calls for lunch you will be treated with a plentiful,  authentic Balinese Buffet. 

 

After this delicious meal you will enjoy a classical Balinese dance performance, shown by little village girls, trained by Suci. At the end of the day you will be taken back to your Hotel, where you will arrive in the late afternoon, taking small roads, passing through beautiful sceneries.
The Trek route goes through different areas every time, so it's definitely worth to book several times!
